- Portugal will focus on growing Propular's presence with property developers targeting the Portuguese market, while being based on-site in Amsterdam.

This contract role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with developers, and presenting Propular's platform and services to key decision-makers. The person in this role will conduct market research on the Portuguese real estate sector, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate commercial terms in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Day-to-day activities include managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine offerings, and reporting on performance metrics and market feedback.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in real estate, proptech, or SaaS environments.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and negotiation to drive new contracts and long-term partnerships.
- Ability to conduct structured market and competitor research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Comfort working with digital platforms and CRM tools, and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-directed work style, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple leads and projects on-site in Amsterdam.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
