ServiceNow Solution Architect – Creator Workflows

JobDescription:

Asa ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providingtechnical leadership and guidance in the design, development, and implementationof ServiceNow solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders,functional teams, and technical teams to ensure that ServiceNow applicationsmeet business requirements and are aligned with the organization's IT strategy.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead the designand development of ServiceNow solutions, including architecture, validation,and documentation. Analyze businessneeds and requirements to create technical solutions that meet businessobjectives. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions. Provide expertisein ServiceNow best practices and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices andguidelines. Communicate andpresent complex technical solutions to stakeholders at all levels of theorganization. Generate datamodels for the solution implemented Provide technical guidanceto ServiceNow developers and administrators. Provide technicalsupervision to the delivery team. Work with businessstakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Perform codereviews and ensure the quality of technical deliverables. Provide effort estimatesand implementation schedules for architected solutions. Communicatetechnical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years ofexperience as a ServiceNow architect or consultant. Strong technicalunderstanding of ServiceNow platform, including administration, development,and integrations. Hands onexperience in implementing complex integration, ideally using IPAAS solutionssuch as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Dell Boomi. In-depth technicalknowledge of integration protocols and technologies, including REST APIs, SOAPAPIs, JDBC, LDAP, and others. Strong experiencewith ServiceNow Custom Solutions, App Engine and Creator Workflows is a plus Proven experiencedesigning and architecting complex ServiceNow solutions. Ability tocommunicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to work independently to develop solutions. Ability tocommunicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
