Your Role as Senior Business Development Representative:
- Strategic Client Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative strategies for acquiring new clients in the French and European markets, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
- Market Penetration: Identify and engage high-potential prospects, serving as the initial point of contact with decision-makers across various sectors.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to influence and drive business opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Lead efforts to identify new accounts, create prospect lists, and qualify leads through various channels (phone, email, social media).
- Sales Strategy Development: Define and refine outreach strategies, overseeing BDR outreach projects and applying a structured process to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, using this knowledge to inform your approach to prospecting and client engagement.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with the business development, marketing, BI, and sales operations teams to optimize strategies and maximize results. Share best practices and mentor junior team members to elevate the overall team performance.
Your Profile:
- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within a consulting firm, IT services company, or similar sector. Experience in a startup or B2B environment with a focus on tech is highly desirable.
- Network and Influence: You possess a robust professional network and know how to leverage it to open doors and develop new business opportunities.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is essential, as you'll be interacting with clients globally.
- Dynamic and Autonomous: A self-starter who is highly responsive, capable of taking initiative, and thriving in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Motivated by challenges, able to work independently while effectively collaborating with a global team. You have a hunter mentality, a strong team spirit, and a relentless drive to succeed.
