Process Mining Specialist

As a Process Mining Specialist, you are part of the Center ofExcellence for Business Intelligence Front-End Tools and AI at Siemens HealthineersIT. The CoE’s prime goal is to support the organization globally in all areasof tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense, Celonisand AI/Machine Learningtopics by providing training, guidance, consulting, development, andapplication management to drive data analytics and digitalization.

In your role as specialist, you are responsible for the communicationand value creation for and with the business and will develop process mining solutionsand conduct changes. You will play a crucial part in enhancing our company-wideservice to tackle the most complicated process mining use cases with state-of-the-arttechnology.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsiblefor bridging the gap between our service and the operational business units by closelycommunicating and translating business demands into service deliverables. You will manage dataaccess, data connections, data availability, and data protection of our processmining platform and implement data extractions and customizations for newprocess insights. You will develop new and innovativedashboards and assure the performance, access, and availability of dashboardsto guarantee high user satisfaction. You will improve theadoption of process mining at SHS overall (e.g., by staying up to date onlatest process mining trends regarding your responsibilities and byparticipating in external communities).

Yourqualifications and experience:

You have a master's degreein computer science, medical information technology, mathematics, businessinformation technology, or similar. You have a deep understandingof process mining solutions and their value to the business (especially Celonis). You have experience inprocess mining with in-depth knowledge about: Process Mining dashboard creation with a high focus onbusiness value creationData visualization using best practices with high end-userfocusData extraction from various data sources (like Snowflake,Oracle, MS SQL, M365) Data transformation and performance optimized modelling You have a high capabilityof understanding business demands and get familiar quickly with the respective domainknowledge to turn those into service priorities. You have a basicunderstanding of business intelligence tools (like Power BI and/or Qlik Sense). You have several years ofexperience working in IT in cross-functional and international teams.

·You have a strong analytical mindset for solving problems aswell as good people skills and the ability to motivate colleagues inimplementing solutions.

·Your business-fluent English enables you to collaborate andcommunicate with colleagues in an international environment.
