Telesales Representative for the Italian Market

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about customer service and sales to join our clients' team as Telesales Representatives for the Italian Market in Lisbon, Portugal.
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, selling offers to customers, answering product-related questions, and identifying customer needs to close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in the telecommunications industry.
Start Date: May 2024
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Present and sell offers to customers, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Address customer inquiries regarding product features, subscriptions, and services.
- Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and actively listen to their needs.
- Interact with customers to identify new needs and requests.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with strong negotiation skills.
- Meet performance targets in a fast-paced, target-based environment.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid EU ID/Passport/Residency.
- Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal communication skills).
- Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and handling customer complaints.
- Ability to learn about products and services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Dynamic, sunny, and highly proactive personality with the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 19:00; Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00.
