Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming calls from our client's customers.
  • Welcome and advise customers.
  • Offer personalized solutions on every call.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.

Requirements:

  • French Native or Strong C2 + English B2
  • Prior experience in customer support is a plus (but not mandatory).

What We Offer:

  • Monthly salary: 930 euro (14 salaries).
  • Performance Bonus: 100 euros for three first months then up to performance.
  • Meal Allowance: 9 euro per day.
  • Transportation reimbursement: up to 40 euro.
  • Private Medical Insurance after 4 months.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts from 7am till 7pm.
