YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

  • You will manage all HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding (e.g., employment contracts, certificates, reports and evaluations, employment references, contract amendments, etc.)
  • You will be responsible for maintaining updated employee data
  • Management of exits (confirmation letters)
  • You will monitor and schedule employees medical check-ups
  • Multiple HR administrative tasks

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • You hold a degree in human resources or a related qualification
  • You have demonstrated initial experience in HR Support
  • You are responsive, meticulous, well-organized, and uphold confidentiality with the utmost care
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and thrive in a team environment
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • You have very good English skills and proficiency in German
