L2/L3 IT Support Technician
Job Description

Stefanini is hiring Desktop Management Specialists, experienced with Windows Systems, to join one of our Lisbon based clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows servers, ensuring their proper functioning across this client's facilities.

Work-model : remote/hybrid (with in-person onboarding day in Lisbon)

Project duration : 1 year with chances of extending

Role responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and administer Windows servers, ensuring their proper functioning. Manage the IT infrastructure. Continuously monitor the status and alarms of managed equipment, proactively diagnosing and solving anomalies. Receive, process, and close user incidents or requests for accesses, changes, and IT support. Create and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. Propose improvements to processes under their responsibility. Troubleshoot systems and software to create predictable measures for operation and maintenance, including protection procedures. Keep systems and platforms up to date proactively. Participate in IT projects, contributing expertise in relevant areas. Job Requirements

Role requirements:

Portuguese fluency. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including  Windows OS Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft 365 . Experience with  VMware for management, operation, and maintenance. Experience in managing operating systems Windows (7/8/10/11). Configuration of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Teams) and printers (Local and Network). Expertise in account management, creation of mailboxes, permissions, access levels, shared folders, and printers. Proficient in  management of IP networks and respective services ( IP, DNS, DHCP ),  VPN configuration. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in remote troubleshooting. Experience with IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow. Excellent customer support and communication skills. Experience in computer maintenance, software installation, and MS Office and Office 365 administration. Understanding of network infrastructures.
