Descrição da Função:

Como Market Development Specialist, terás um papel ativo nas seguintes áreas:

- Gestão de Vendas e Objetivos: Responsável por alcançar as metas de vendas através do desenvolvimento e implementação de estratégias de mercado. Deverás monitorizar diariamente o desempenho das vendas, com especial foco na eficácia e performance positiva nos clientes de retalho indireto.

- Análise de Tendências e Oportunidades de Mercado:Analisar dados de mercado e tendências de consumo para identificar oportunidades de crescimento. É crucial adaptar as estratégias de venda às dinâmicas do mercado para maximizar os resultados.

- Desenvolvimento e Execução de Estratégias de Go-to-Market: Planear e executar com precisão estratégias de go-to-market para lançamentos de produtos e campanhas de marketing, garantindo alinhamento com a estratégia global.

- Gestão de Relacionamentos Comerciais: Desenvolver e manter relações fortes com parceiros e clientes-chave, assegurando colaborações produtivas que impulsionem o sucesso dos produtos no mercado.

- Colaboração Transversal com Todas as Equipas: Trabalhar de perto com todas as equipas e departamentos para garantir que todas as iniciativas sejam eficazes e coerentes com a estratégia global da empresa.

O que Procuramos:

- Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de mercado, vendas ou funções similares, preferencialmente no setor de moda e lifestyle.
- Capacidade para influenciar estratégias de marketing e branding, com uma compreensão específica das necessidades de marketing digital.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar eficazmente em equipa.
- Forte motivação pessoal e uma atitude proativa, com ambição clara e vontade de superar desafios.
- Conhecimento em visual merchandising para otimizar a apresentação dos produtos nos pontos de venda.
- Fluência em inglês e português, com disponibilidade para viagens nacionais e internacionais conforme necessário.
- Disposição para liderar, apresentar e implementar novos projetos, desafiar o status quo e sempre procurar mais.
