Responsibilities:

As a Project Coordinator - Partnerships for the Central Team, you will define strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate our local partnership development efforts and measure, track, and report progress. You will be part of the Central Partnerships team and report directly to the Partnership Success Manager. In this role, you will:

  • Develop strategies, processes, and tools to accelerate our partnership acquisition efforts locally
  • Own our automated CRM processes for lead nurturing and development
  • Define and own a reporting structure on acquisition funnels
  • Support local markets with creative solutions and insights
  • Position Powerdot as the market leader in destination charging solutions
  • Independently manage projects

The Candidate we are looking for:

  • A highly proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit combined with an enormous problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capacity.
  • Used to working in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in project management and good stakeholder management (in complex multi-disciplinary projects)
  • Creative with an excellent eye for detail, combined with a strong business sense
  • Based in Lisbon or willing/looking to relocate to Lisbon.
  • Able to take the initiative and quickly adapt to the constantly changing work environment
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in Business Development is a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot is a plus
