Position: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Urgent Hire)
Location: Remote (based in Lisbon)
Work Schedule:

  • Early Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Address and resolve questions about products, services, and accounts promptly
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication
  • Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the system
  • Collaborate with your team and management to maintain high service standards
  • Work rotational shifts, including both early and night shifts, with an emphasis on consecutive days off when possible
Requirements:
  • Native French speaker (required)
  • Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication
  • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with technology and customer service platforms
  • Flexibility to work early and night shifts based on the business needs
