Position: French-Speaking Customer Service Representative (Remote, Urgent Hire)
Location: Remote (based in Lisbon)
Work Schedule:
- Early Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
- Night Shift: 01:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- 5 days per week
- Deliver top-quality support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve questions about products, services, and accounts promptly
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and clear communication
- Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date in the system
- Collaborate with your team and management to maintain high service standards
- Work rotational shifts, including both early and night shifts, with an emphasis on consecutive days off when possible
- Native French speaker (required)
- Proficient in English (C1 level) for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Comfortable working with technology and customer service platforms
