The candidate will provide technical / functional support on our Portfolio Management System application: Temenos Triple’A
The candidate will play a major role in handling Incidents, BAU service requests and Application Support activities
Main Tasks
Provide functional support (Front Office users) & technical support (batchs, interfaces…) Adhere to Service Level objective target and roadmap Escalate timely to the management on possible risks or issues. Contribute to the knowledge articles.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Hands on experience of Triple’A functionalities (Valuations, Operations, Performance Analysis, Order Management…) Linux (Basic) Shell (intermediate) SQL – PL/SQL (intermediate) ITIL practices (Strong)Good to have:
Experience in wide range of financial instruments including structured products, futures, options, forex, etc Actuate reporting MQ / Tomcat / Jira / Service Now Autosys or Any scheduling systemQualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering Total 5+ years of overall IT experience At least 1+ years of experience in supporting Triple’A At least 2+ years of experience as IT Analyst / Business Analyst with private banking or asset managementLanguage: English (mandatory) - Expert
