Global TA Enablement Lead

The mission of this role will be to improve performance of the Global TA team by providing data & talent insights, advancing talent branding initiatives, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and building a core knowledge base. The efforts of this role will ultimately drive an enhanced candidate and recruiter experience, accelerate time to hire and quality of hire, and improve the overall productivity of the Global TA function.
As a TA Enablement Lead, you will build and deliver sourcing playbooks to provide the recruiting teams with the knowledge and insights to do their job more effectively, increasing their productivity, and making them more successful and strategic. Playbooks will include market mapping, competitive intelligence, and insights. The TA Enablement Lead may also build new site research and sourcing samples for Visteon Leadership team. This role is designed to be hands-on and at times of high demand, may contribute to building pipeline for key niche roles globally.
A Successful Year One
Build and maintain Sourcing Playbooks (talent research, market mapping, market trends, etc.) and insights for Global Recruiting team. Document recruiting process to identify opportunities to drive enhanced efficiencies. Identify and execute on programs that will improve quality of hiring. Build and deploy structured sourcing process for leadership hiring. Work cross functionally to build employment branding initiatives. Contribute to the build of both candidate and hiring manager surveys.Technical Knowledge and Skills
Minimum of 10 years experience working in a Recruiting function with at least 5+ years of advanced sourcing experience. 2+ years talent research and candidate mapping experience strongly preferred. Strong program management skills. Strong presentation skills. Advanced technical skills and deep recruiting systems knowledge. Creative data driven problem solver.
