Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Schedule:- Full-time position (40 hours per week).
- Rotating shifts, including nights (Monday to Sunday).
- Two days off per week (rotative).
- Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.
- Base Salary: €870 (14 payments throughout the year).
- Performance Bonus: €80 for every 11 months worked.
- Provide exceptional customer support in European Portuguese through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues, delivering effective solutions promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management.
- Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
