Nous recrutons notre nouvel Account Manager pour contribuer à la croissance de notre entité française.

Au sein du département commercial, vous faites partie dune équipe dynamique placée au centre de la stratégie du Groupe. Vous êtes responsable dun portefeuille composé essentiellement dentreprises clientes de notre Groupe.

En relation directe avec des décisionnaires de haut niveau, vous êtes amené(e) à gérer des budgets allant de 100k à + un million deuros.

Vous déployez une solution eLearning (100% SaaS) que vous adaptez à lenvironnement client et aux évolutions de ses enjeux opérationnels ou stratégiques.

  • Assurer le renouvellement des contrats mis en place sur une base clients identifiée
  • Identifier des décisionnaires clés au sein des organisations clientes (L&D, experts LMS, département achats, sponsors internes, ...) et les engager régulièrement (réunions, déjeuners, événements clients et industriels)
  • Vous vous positionnez comme interlocuteur clé pour la réussite de leur stratégie de formation
  • Mettre en place une stratégie dUpsell efficace (solutions additionnelles, ouvertures de nouvelles entités, )
  • Responsable de toute la phase dappel doffres (rendez-vous de préparation, réponse, soutenance, négociation)
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec un Customer Success Manager, qui a pour rôle de déployer le dispositif que vous avez créé pour votre client

Profil recherché :

  • Motivé⸱e et dynamique, vous êtes attiré⸱e par la vente de services à valeur ajoutée aux entreprises et par les nouvelles technologies.
  • Capacité à gérer des cycles moyen/long terme sur des dispositifs dune valeur de 100K+.
  • Référent sur votre portefeuille vous devez être orienté⸱e résultat et avoir un sens relationnel aigu pour détecter et entretenir des opportunités de croissance avec les différents acteurs de votre secteur.
  • Forte capacité à créer et animer un réseau de décisionnaires
  • Une expérience commerciale réussie de 2 à 3 ans est souhaitée.
