 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Field Integrated Marketing Associate.

 WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes. Coordinate with local teams, including IMMs (Integrated Marketing Managers), GTM (Go-To-Market Managers), Business Operations and Marketing Coordinators;
  • Supports planning and execution of priority integrated marketing projects in close collaboration with IMMs, area event leads and GTM;
  • Contribute to report and analyze customer marketing metrics, assist with the creation of reports and analyses of marketing activities delivery and spend, as well as customer engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners;
  • Assist with orchestrating and completing work needed across area and local stakeholders for Rhythm of Connection (RoC) meetings, based on CMO Leadership Team directions. Including Calendar management, communication channels management and travel arrangements coordination;
  • Coordinate work between IMMs, GTMs, agency and field to manage the Voice of the Customer program. 

 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Fluent in English;
  • 3-4 years' experience in areas such as business operations, accounting and marketing;
  • Proactive and self-motivated, ready to take initiative;
  • Confident in engaging with stakeholders;
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, driving projects end-to-end.
