The role: The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing innovative field marketing strategies, fostering local community relationships, and orchestrating engaging brand experiences to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives.   

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Field Marketing Strategy Development: 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans that align with the company’s overall marketing strategy and business objectives. 
  • Identify regional marketing opportunities and tailor campaigns to target specific markets and customer segments. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals and ensure effective lead generation and conversion. 

Event Planning and Management: 

  • Plan, organize, and manage regional events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, and customer appreciation events. 
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up to maximize the impact of events. 
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution. 

Campaign Execution and Management: 

  • Plan and coordinate with the rest of the marketing team multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, direct mail, and digital advertising, to drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Create and distribute marketing materials tailored to regional needs, including brochures, case studies, and promotional items. 
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all materials are on-brand and compelling. 

Partner and Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, customers and internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives. 
  • Coordinate joint marketing activities with partners, such as co-branded events and campaigns. 
  • Serve as a liaison between the regional sales team and the central marketing team to ensure alignment and effective communication. 

Data Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of field marketing campaigns using analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and insights to senior management and stakeholders. 

Budget Management: 

  • Develop and manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring that all activities are within budget and provide a strong return on investment. 
  • Track expenses and provide regular budget reports to senior management. 

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
    • +5 years of proven experience in field marketing or a similar role. 
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
    • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies. 
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
    • Willingness to travel as needed for events and regional activities.
