What you will be doing:

  • Develop a profound understanding of our Revenue & Cost structure, competitive landscape and network capabilities in support of delivering more effective commercial activities.  

  • Deliver insight & recommendations through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions across functions, regions and business partners. 

  • Involved with matching demand & supply for both short and midterm across customer segments, networks, global regions and market situations.  

  •  Value proposition management & strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups.  

  • Develop advanced tools for a holistic view of interactions and engagements with customers as well as analyzing the key drivers to results.  

  • Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies and drive continuous improvement. 

  • Supporting or leading projects by applying area of expertise.  

What do you bring with you:

The ideal candidate would demonstrate: 

  • Curiosity and team player attitude. 

  • Expertise in Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (such as SAS, Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power) BI to analyze and present data. 

  • Experience with query languages (such as SQL, Hive, R, Python, etc.) is a benefit. 

  • Very good planning and organizational skills . 

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive Revenue growth, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. 

  • Reporting: Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels 

  • Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language).  

  • Revenue Management and/or Logistics experience is a benefit.
