Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch, ensuring all communications are clear, friendly, and professional.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, order processing, returns, and general inquiries about our beauty offerings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common concerns.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide insightful support to customers.
  • Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product lineup.

Requirements:

  • Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
  • B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, ideally within the beauty sector.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • A passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to assist customers.
