You will be providing customer support via multiple channels (calls, chats, emails)
you will start your job with training where you will get to know the system and processes with the support of our team leader and the entire teamyou will provide support to users, offer solutions, respond to all inquiries in a timely manneryou will communicate in Polish every dayyou will have the constant support of your team leader and the entire teamwork in our office in the beautiful city of PortoWhat are we looking for?
