Casino Manager role for a Crypto Casino and Sportsbook

Our client is a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook, with a strong online community for crypto gaming enthusiasts. Intending to provide players with the best online gaming product and experience, this user-friendly site is set out to have a global presence.

As the Casino Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing casino strategies, managing the casino roadmap, and rolling out new features to support the growth of the casino. 

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localised casino strategies for suppliers and games per Country and Brand
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for all casino products and content releases, working with the in-house development team to deliver effective integrations
  • Oversee the rollout of new gaming products/features, leading the quality assurance
  • Support the Director of Gaming in commercial negotiation and relationship management with third-party suppliers
  • Develop and coordinate promo activities with Content Providers on cost-effective and attractive content localisation
  • Collaborate with CRM to create and set up bonuses and promotional campaigns based on content localisation and customer segmentation
  • Support the VIP Team in upholding best practices
  • Implement and maintain a cost-efficient model for game placement with gaming suppliers at the best business terms
  • Work closely with operations and customer service to ensure best practices are standard
  • Implement, monitor and regularly present KPIs transparently, providing actionable insights for key business stakeholders
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide full visibility of casino activity
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis for content, T&Cs, and bonus policies for several regions and brands
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of practices related to bonus abuse and contribute to the development and execution of strategies to mitigate it
  • Collaborate with the legal team to meet all compliance requirements across all markets
  • Project manage the development of casino-related mechanics around bonuses, gamification and other rewards to optimise player engagement
  • Enhance the ‘player journey’ in collaboration with the UI/UX team
  • Mentor, manage, and lead the Casino Team

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience as a casino manager, ideally for a crypto casino or poker platform
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, online casinos and the online gaming industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
