A função
A Ayming Portugal pretende reforçar a equipa comercial em telemarketing em Portugal com a contratação de um Sales Development Representative .
Principais funções: Realizar Chamadas Fazer chamadas para uma lista de clientes em potencial utilizando um script fornecido pela empresa para apresentar produtos ou serviços; Identificar Oportunidades de Vendas: Identificar as necessidades e interesses dos clientes durante as chamadas eapresentar soluções que atendam às suas necessidades; Construir Relações: Desenvolver rapport com os clientes durante as chamadas para aumentar a probabilidade de conversão e fidelização; Superar Objeções: Lidar com objeções dos clientes de forma eficaz, fornecendo informações adicionais e destacando os
benefícios dos produtos ou serviços oferecidos; Atualizar as informações em ferramentas adhoc, nomeadamente Salesforce, e elaborar reportings.
Beneficiará de formações sobre as nossas atividades (técnicas de venda, produtos, relações com os clientes, acompanhamento do desempenho, Salesforce e ferramentas de prospeção).

Idealmente, experiência em prospeção telefónica (chamadas inbound) B2B; Uma aptidão comercial e relacional; Um domínio perfeito da língua portuguesa (oral e escrita); Licenciatura (Preferencial).
