¿Qué perfil buscamos?

Buscamos un Key Account Manager que desarrolle y gestione grandes cuentas, diseñando planes estratégicos específicos para cada cliente, y asegurándose de ofrecerles de manera eficaz todos los productos y servicios de Verdifresh.Asimismo, detectará tendencias y oportunidades del mercado, obteniendo información y compartiéndola con el departamento comercial.

¿Qué funciones desempeñarás?

• Atender, analizar y resolver incidencias y necesidades que los clientes transmiten. • Conocer los sistemas y estándares de calidad de Verdifresh y las incidencias habituales.• Detectar posibles necesidades de los clientes y transmitirlas al departamento comercial para ser tratadas junto con I+D.• Evaluar y realizar análisis de la información de los clientes y la competencia.• Realizar un análisis estratégico de las ventas de la unidad de negocio, valorando los históricos de ventas, las previsiones de venta de cada cliente y las tendencias del mercado. • Gestionar las previsiones de venta de cada cliente tratando de optimizar las ventas y minimizar los excedentes. Conocer los plazos y capacidades de producción y logísticas de cada planta.• Enfocarse en la consecución de KPI's claves a sus funciones (ventas, rentabilidad, periodo de pago, fidelización clientes, .• Desarrollar precios y ofertas junto a otros departamentos de la empresa.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos del puesto?

* Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de empresas, Económicas, Marketing o Relaciones Internacionales. Máster valorable aunque no indispensable. * Experiencia previa mínima de 2-3 años en entornos y funciones similares y Gran Distribución (preferiblemente sector fresco). * Portugués y español. Inglés valorable pero no indispensable. * Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y análisis. Perfil pragmático y orientado a resultados.
