Role Description

You will be required to communicate in German via phone, email, and chat, and document customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German and English B2
  • Customer service experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide efficient solutions, multi-task, and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player, adaptable, and flexible
  • Prior experience using CRM software and other support tools is a plus
