Suas principais responsabilidades

Ajudar os clientes por telefone, e-mail e chat em todas as solicitações relacionadas a pedidos, assinaturas e faturas Fornecer alta qualidade de serviço para garantir uma experiência de cliente de alto nível Acompanhar o pedido do cliente até à sua resolução completa e respeitar os compromissos assumidos nos prazos fixados Interagir com os diferentes serviços para garantir o correto tratamento do pedido do cliente Esta posiçao pode exigir turnos de fim de semana e/ou notite.

Competências exigidas

O português e inglês fluente são essenciais. Um terceiro idioma (francês, espanhol, italiano ou alemão) é obrigatório. Você tem uma primeira experiência bem sucedida no relacionamento com o cliente. Você se destaca graças à sua fluência relacional e um bom nível de redação. Você tem um apetite por computadores, o Office Pack não tem segredos para você Você é versátil e possui um grande senso de organização. Com um grande senso de serviço, você deseja ter um impacto positivo em seus contatos internos e externos. A pedagogia e a escuta não têm segredos para si. Você é autônomo e capaz de trabalhar em um ambiente em rápida mudança.
