We're seeking a dedicated professional fluent in Czech (C1) and English (B2) to provide exceptional customer service worldwide.
Relocation support is provided to ensure a smooth transition to your new role in Lisbon's beautiful and vibrant city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions in Czech and English.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Information Sharing: Provide detailed product or service information and educate customers on company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions in the internal CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Proactively collect customer feedback to enhance service quality and product development.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: C1 level in Czech and B2 level in English (written and spoken).
- Customer-Oriented Mindset: Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to assess situations, identify solutions, and think critically under pressure.
- Tech-Savviness: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and tools.
