What You'll Do Lead with vision: Own the strategy for Uber Eats' most strategic restaurant partners in Portugal, developing long‑term plans to unlock growth for both sides. Drive business impact: Your team will manage a large portfolio that contributes significantly to Uber Eats' gross bookings. You'll steer joint business planning, revenue expansion, and operational excellence. Build senior relationships: Cultivate trust‑based relationships with C‑level executives, creating shared value and co‑developing growth strategies. Inspire & develop talent: Attract, coach, and empower a team of high‑caliber account managers and customer success managers. Build a thriving culture that's inclusive, performance‑driven, and customer‑obsessed. Collaborate cross‑functionally: Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, Regional Leadership, and Global Enterprise teams to ensure we bring the full power of Uber Eats to our partners. Shape global strategy: Contribute to regional and global enterprise playbooks by sharing learnings and scaling best practices across countries. What You Will Need 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, business development, strategy consulting, or similar – ideally in fast‑growth tech or food delivery. People leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high‑performing teams. Commercial acumen with strong data interpretation and decision‑making abilities. Fluent in Portuguese and English – confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive storytelling and analysis. Strong relationship builder with experience influencing C‑level stakeholders. Bonus: Background in MBB consulting, scale‑ups, or tech giants; SQL literacy is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
