responsabilidades chave

interagir com os clientes em Alemão através de chamadas recebidas, chamadas de saída ou pela Internet, a fim de vender produtos e serviços bÃsicos;
responsÃvel por processar pedidos e vendas de clientes, fornecer/receber informações, vender produtos/serviços aos clientes, bem como fornecer suporte bÃsico ao cliente,
encontrar a melhor solução para cada cliente, pois no final do dia, o mais importante serà que cada cliente tenha seu problema resolvido;

competências

fluente em Alemão escrito e falado (fator eliminatório);
capacidade de gerenciar vÃrias plataformas de computador ao mesmo tempo;
se gostas de navegar nas redes sociais com frequência e és fã de aplicações, certamente tens a habilidade que estamos à procura;
