Estamos a lançar em Portugal um projeto de grande dimensão, uma marca forte do grupo ADEO, a OBRAMAT. Dedicamo-nos à comercialização de materiais de construção e ferramentas essencialmente para os clientes profissionais.


Esse conceito é líder em 5 países com mais de 130 armazéns e aproximadamente funcionários e com 6.000 milhões de euros de faturação.

Estamos atualmente a contratar um/uma HR Business Partner OBRAMAT – DRH (m/f/d)

Missão:


Assegurar e incentivar a aplicação homogénea, na sua região, das políticas de recursos humanos, bem como do estilo de gestão, dos valores e do projeto da empresa, e participar ativamente na elaboração e desenvolvimento dos projetos do Departamento de Recursos Humanos.


Contribuir para a realização dos objetivos económicos das lojas e assegura expansão na sua região, identificando internamente ou recrutando externamente os recursos humanos necessários, em quantidade e qualidade.


Apoia os gestores no desenvolvimento autónomo e eficaz do seu papel de HR Business Partner na sua equipa (recrutamento, formação e desenvolvimento).


Requisitos:

Competências Académicas:
Mestrado ligado às áreas do RH e/ou Psicologia.
Mínimo 5 anos como HRBP em empresas de renome e multinacionais.
Valoriza-se conhecimento da área do Retail/Distribuição.

Idiomas:
português, inglês e espanhol mínimo B2
Conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador
Carta de condução e disponibilidade para viajar
Disponibilidade para formação de 2-3 meses em Espanha

Funções:
Planea e antecipa as necessidades de RH;
Coordena, participa e garante os processos de seleção necessários à expansão na sua região;
Incentiva a presença e a organização de processos de recrutamento em diferentes fóruns: Universidades, escolas de negócios, etc.
Representa a OBRAMAT em iniciativas de colaboração com a Administração e entidades privadas para a gestão de projetos de emprego nos Entrepostos da sua região;
Aconselhar os gestores na elaboração de propostas de ofertas e recrutamento de colaboradores;
Assegura as boas práticas de recrutamento e integração nos Entrepostos da sua região;
Assegura a correta receção e integração de novos Gestores na sua região;
Assegura uma gestão eficaz, o cumprimento da legislação e da política de recursos humanos em termos de recrutamento e administração de pessoal na sua região;
Assegura a correta aplicação da legislação preventiva nos armazéns da sua região.
