Job Title: B2B Sales Representative

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Representative with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Present our products or services to potential clients, articulating the value proposition and addressing any objections or concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • English C2
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
