Customer Service - Trade Assets Junior para integrar a Direção Customer Supply Chain, equipa que tem a responsabilidade de assegurar e garantir o melhor serviço aos nossos Clientes.

O QUE VAIS FAZER COMO CUSTOMER SERVICE - TRADE ASSETS JUNIOR

  • Assegurar o registo de todas as transações atempadamente;
  • Manutenção da base de dados SAP, assegurando o registo e manutenção de todos os dados necessários para elaboração dos contratos;
  • Gestão de contratos assinados e arquivo;
  • Gestão da aquisição/fornecimento de investimentos aos clientes;
  • Alocação de equipamentos aos clientes;
  • Gestão de equipamentos desde entrega/levantamento, dos documentos gerados em SAP;
  • Preparação de relatórios/ informações que permitam a análise dos contratos/investimentos dos clientes.

O QUE TE FARÁ TER SUCESSO?

  • Formação académica superior em Gestão, Economia ou similar (preferencial)
  • Experiência em trabalhar com Bases de Dados e bons conhecimentos ao nível de Microsoft Excel
  • Assertivo e com boa capacidade de comunicação
  • Capacidade de organização e definição de prioridades, com sentido crítico e analítico
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e boa gestão do stress
  • Espírito de equipa e mindset de melhoria contínua
  • Bom nível de Espanhol (preferencial)
