Customer Supply Chain , procuramos um
Customer Service Analyst - Export . Terás como principal missão gerir as operações de exportação, garantindo um excelente serviço de entrega.

**O QUE VAIS FAZER

  • Gerir e coordenar os pedidos de exportação, desde a entrada do pedido até a entrega e pagamento
  • Efetuar o planeamento das cargas em colaboração com a equipa de Physical Logistics
  • Garantir um alinhamento multifuncional com a equipa DSP e com o cliente
  • Reunir toda a documentação necessária para efetuar a exportação
  • Coordenar a execução das atividades de exportação
  • Satisfazer as necessidades do cliente tendo em conta os detalhes de cada pedido
  • Rever e manter atualizadas a GSI com os Mercados
  • Gerir efetivamente o processo de reclamações para minimizar a insatisfação do cliente e evitar deduções financeiras
  • Estar atento a todos os requisitos fiscais / legais
**ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS?

  • Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Supply Chain, Logística, Gestão ou similares
  • Experiência em Supply Chain
  • Bons conhecimentos ao nível de Microsoft Excel
  • Conhecimento da plataforma SAP
  • Bom nível de Inglês
  • Fluência em Português
  • Forte capacidade analítica e espírito crítico
  • Capacidade de gerir prioridades e stress
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação
  • Team Player
