Your project belongs to a multinational company provider of insurance products.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and a dedicated brand ambassador. The right person for this role is a passionate game-changer at addressing customers' needs, aiming to provide excellent service.

What you will be doing at Webhelp
As a Customer Experience Advisor with Spanish, you will:

  • Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems
  • Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
  • Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction

What we are looking for


As a
Customer Experience Advisor for the world's largest publicly traded property and casualty insurer, you will provide a warm and professional contact with each of our customer's clients.

You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction while reaching your career goal and contributing to the future success of the company.


We'll be a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in
    Dutch (C2) and fluency
    English (B2):
  • Have previous customer experience is a plus
  • Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
  • Are proactive, selfmotivated, and a great team player
  • Are nonEU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
