The
Commercial Digital Department of
EDP Comercial, leader in energy and energy efficiency services, intends to recruit for the
Selfcare and Digital Customer Experience area.



  • Lead and influence the team of designers who will work on a new digital product, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement;
  • Manage the UX process;
  • Work in close coordination with product managers and PO, to define priorities aligned with business objectives;
  • Designing journeys and detailed use cases in a logic of continuity;
  • Lead an endtoend design process, from ideation to implementation, including handover to the DEV team and UX Validation, ensuring a seamless and userfocused experience;
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements and generate insights;
  • Creation and management of the Design System to support the new digital product and orchestration of the global Design System that will support the entire digital ecosystem;
  • Research, AB Testing, and User Testing;
  • Define design vision and strategy in line with business objectives;
  • Ensure that, from an evolutionary perspective, the new digital product follows market trends and remains topnotch.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelor or Masters in Design, Research, Multimedia, or similar fields;
  • Over 5 years of experience in:
  • UX design, UX Research, and UX process management;
  • Project management in design involving multiple stakeholders;
  • Leadership and guidance of design teams.
  • Also experience in;
  • Ideation, creation, and management of a Design System;
  • Agile UX methodology, Lean UX, dualtrack, and design thinking;
  • Creating and conducting AB Testing;
  • Portfolio of research and Design;
  • Experience in various sectors and in companies recognized as topnotch in design;
  • Experience with Design framework libraries (e.g., React Native);
  • Experience with Design tools: sketch, figma (required), adobe creative suite, etc;
  • Experience with Prototyping: Figma (required), invision, Marvel or Framer;
  • Coding skills: knowledge of React Native, HTML and CSS;
  • User Research: Skilled in conducting customer interviews, creating transactional and relational surveys and designing and conducting usability tests;
  • Experience using and building Design Systems, UI Kits, UI component libraries, or live styleguides;
  • UX Analytics: Experience with tools such as HOTJAR, Glassbox, Medallia, VWO, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and cooperation spirit;
  • Initiative, proactivity, creativity, and resilience.
