Talent Acquisition Services Team Lead

Are you ready to shape the next chapter of our growth story? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition (TAq) Services Team Lead to drive our TAq Specialists / Coordinators team for several markets. You will deliver exceptional support to Line Managers & HR Stakeholders on a wide range of people activities. Applying our suite of core and enabling HR technology, you will implement a range of activities, directly contacting customers and HR professionals when needed to solve more complex problems.

Accountabilities:
As the TAq Services Team Lead, you will manage TAq services delivery in a geographic or equivalent area, delivering GBS People Services (PS) programmes and plans that support the organisation's objectives. You will oversee others to deliver core TAq services processes, including scheduling job interviews with candidates, managing all calendars updated and coordinating all interview logistics, creating job contracts, offer letters and other documentation required for hire. You will also play a key connecting role in service delivery between TAq Partners, Hiring Managers and GBS PS colleagues.

Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience/comfort in working with and managing senior stakeholders across the business
- Fluent English
- Rigorous and analytical thinking
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
- Independent and collaborate worker
- Developed commercial and analytical skills
- Professional HR qualification

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Post Graduate HR Qualification
