Workplace:
Miraflores, Algés; after the training period fully in the office, a hybrid working model will start.
Work schedule:
from 08.30 am until 07.30 pm, from Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the administrative part of purchase: Billing and sending customers the invoices according to the customer billing specifications;
- Checking and validating supplier invoices according to the specifics of each country;
- Ensure processes are followed through until the invoice has been paid;
- Provide the analysis to help follow up or forecast purchase activity;
- Ensure respect for the rules and standards of the task;
- Identifying and indicating deviations;
- Ensure good operational, daytoday, customer relationships.
Profile:
- Technical and Professional Studies in finance business administration or accounting with a High school diploma;
- Proven experience in invoicing, accounting, or in a similar job position minimum 1 year;
- Good knowledge of purchase invoice validation tools;
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel;
- Language: English mandatory (minimum B2), French (B1/B2) mandatory
