Descrição da função
Para integrar o
Departamento de Poupança e Investimento do Banco Carregosa, procuramos
para Lisboa/Porto um profissional que terá, entre outras, as seguintes responsabilidades:

  • Contactar potenciais Clientes de forma sistemática, apresentando-lhes os produtos e serviços, de acordo com a estratégia comercial e de comunicação definida, no sentido de os angariar;
  • Efetuar o preenchimento da informação dos potenciais Clientes no sistema de CRM do Banco, sistematizando agendamentos futuros até à captação do cliente;
  • Análise proativa dos KPIs e implementação de melhorias.

Requisitos e competências:

  • Formação base em Gestão, Economia ou outra relevante para o exercício da função;
  • Experiência profissional mínima de 1 a 2 anos em funções similares;
  • Fortes capacidades de relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa;
  • Autonomia, proatividade e forte sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Conhecimentos de Mercados Financeiros;
  • Conhecimentos de Plataformas de Negociação;
  • Conhecimento de Produtos e Serviços Bancários;
  • Domínio da língua inglesa, falada e escrita.
