Desafio:
O nosso cliente é uma empresa portuguesa que está presente no mercado há mais de 20 anos, especializado no desenvolvimento de soluções e sistemas ligados ao setor da segurança e progresso tecnológico com enfoque na unidade de negócio que destina-se à comercialização de soluções integradas de saúde nas dimensões de teleassistência (monitorizar comportamentos e dados de saúde de pessoas em residência, lares, hospitais ou IPSS), processadas numa plataforma integrada, gerando um conjunto de informações críticas para pacientes, cuidadores e/ou profissionais de saúde.
Estamos atualmente a recrutar um(a) Medical Sales Representative para o departamento comercial no setor da Saúde e Teleassistência que seja responsável pelas vendas dos produtos e assegure a fidelização de clientes, de forma a zelar pela imagem e organizaçãoda empresa e garanta o seu destaque perante a concorrência nos seus escritórios em Lisboa.
Principais funções:
- Prospeção e angariação de novos clientes;
- Gestão e fidelização de clientes;
- Planeamento de estratégias comerciais.
- Acompanhamento de métricas específicas de vendas e elaboração da informação necessária para a gestão;
- Negociação e Comercialização de Produtos na área da saúde.
Perfil:
- Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing, Saúde ou similares;
- Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos em funções similares na área comercial ligada ao setor da saúde;
- Elevado nível do idioma Inglês (C1/C2);
- Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas de informática (Office e Softwares de Gestão);
- Ser ambicioso e persistente;
- Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e por objetivos;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e proatividade.
