What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
  • Focus on providing firstclass customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
  • Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Your qualifications
