Job Description
Mission:
Join us as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Makro Portugal and take charge of enhancing our online presence and digital strategies. Your role involves creating and executing digital campaigns, optimizing channels, and analyzing performance metrics to boost visibility and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms with a focus on aligning them with business goals;
- Collaborate with external agencies to ensure marketing strategies align with our direction;
- Manage social media activities through an agency for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube;
- Implement strategies to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing objectives;
- Develop and run email campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers;
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies;
- Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics GA4 to track performance and generate reports;
- Identify trends to enhance campaign strategies and ROI;
- Organize and participate in events to boost community engagement and brand presence;
- Collaborate with the global team to ensure local initiatives align with global objectives;
- Engage with internal stakeholders to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns;
- Facilitate collaboration to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or Communication;
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing or related roles;
- Proficiency in English for interaction with international teams;
- Strong data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel and PPT;
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) is mandatory;
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
