Para integrar a equipa de After Sales do nosso negócio Nespresso, procuramos um After Sales Service Technician para a nossa equipa no Seixal.

A reportar ao After Sales Center Manager da Nespresso, este profissional tem como responsabilidade a gestão de stocks B2B e B2C do Centro e acompanhamento e implementação de guidelines relativas a SHE.

**O QUE VAIS FAZER

  • Operação:
  • Gestão do stock de máquinas, peças de reposição e caixas para B2B e B2C.
  • Gestão diária de compromissos de acordo com a agenda fornecida pelo planeamento
  • Fechar todos os movimentos de stock no software diariamente;
  • Manter uma organização profissional das peças e ferramentas no armazém e gerir a limpeza regular;
  • Contar stock de peças de reposição no armazém; Responsabilidade de stock no Centro de Reparação;
  • Responsabilidade por todos os movimentos logísticos relacionados ao Centro de Reparação;
  • Gestão de stock (adiantamento de stock, etc).
  • Estreita cooperação com outros técnicos de serviço pósvenda e com o coordenador no melhor interesse dos clientes, contribuindo para um alto nível de serviço no pósvenda.
  • Impulsionar a melhoria contínua de KPI's, procedimentos e formas de trabalho.

ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS?

  • Formação Secundária ou Superior em Mecânica ou Eletricidade é valorizada;
  • Conhecimentos em Word e Excel, na ótica do utilizador;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
  • Bom conhecimento de inglês;
  • Gosto por trabalhar em equipa;
  • Orientação para o cliente;
  • Organizado e disciplinar;
  • Proatividade e sentido crítico.
