**Description de la mission**:
Au sein de la business unit Retail, vous intégrerez l'équipe Support client composée de 9 personnes et vous interviendrez auprès de nos clients qui utilisent la solution **YourCegidRetail**.

Votre mission principale consistera à assister et dépanner nos clients sur l'environnement système et l'utilisation de nos solutions logiciel de gestion à destination de nos clients Retail français et internationaux.

En tant que **Customer Support Client**, vous allez:

- Prendre en charge la demande du client, apporter une réponse et selon les cas soit apporter une solution, soit la transférer,
- Prendre en charge les demandes client dans le respect du contrat de service quel que soit le canal (appel entrant, portail, chat),
- Assurer le suivi des demandes clients en respectant les consignes données,
- Être le garant de la satisfaction client au travers de ses réponses et actions en appliquant les bonnes pratiques du Support Client,
- Alerter sur les appels répétitifs et informer la hiérarchie en cas de difficultés, de litiges ou d'anomalies,
- Rédiger des FAQs (foire aux questions),
- Développer du CA additionnel par la promotion, la vente de prestations complémentaires,
- Reporter votre activité sur les outils à disposition.

**Profil**:

- Vous possédez des études dans l'informatique ou vous possédez des compétences dans ce domaine (environnement Windows),
- Vous avez à coeur de vous approprier les besoins de nos clients, au travers d'une réponse à la fois fonctionnelle et technique. Le service client est au centre de vos valeurs,
- Vous êtes une personne rigoureuse, dotée de bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles, ainsi que d'un bon esprit de synthèse,
- Votre maîtrise du **français** et de **l'anglais** ou de** l'anglai**s et de **l'italien** vous permet de renseigner des clients internationaux par téléphone.
