  • Develop and implement strategies for the timely collection of outstanding debts.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action.
  • Manage a team of collections specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Review and assess collection policies and procedures, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  • Negotiate payment plans with delinquent customers and handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues and improve collection processes.
  • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, including accounts receivable aging, collection trends, and team performance.
  • Stay uptodate on industry regulations and best practices in collections management.
  • Proven experience in collections management, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of collection laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.
