This is an excellent opportunity to represent some of the world's leading companies across various industries and provide exceptional service.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via email and chat, primarily in Russian, and occasionally in English;
- Assist with inquiries about account and payment processes;
- Resolve login and registration difficulties;
- Restore and modify emails, phone numbers, and other account information;
- Handle hacked accounts and restore characters;
- Address questions about the reward program;
- Answer queries about tokens and prepaid game cards;
- Handle any paymentrelated inquiries and process refunds;
- Professionally manage customer data.
- Please note that proficiency in both Russian and English, both orally and in writing, is a prerequisite for this position.
Your Qualifications:
- Native/fluent in written and spoken Russian and English
- Experience in customer support, online or in person, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful and stressresistant personality that can adapt and stay calm in all situations
