Reloading it's a trademark registered in 2014 (owned by Holding TR105) as a result of the achievements obtained since 2009 in training and consultancy services, with over 500 trainees and in collaboration with more than 30 national/international companies.

  • Business Analysis / Demand Management;
  • Project Management;

Portfolio:
Reloading's solution portfolio is divided into two areas that respond to the established offering model and are as follows:

Training:
All offerings always require a primary assessment to tailor Reloading's approach to the client. This process aims to adapt our offerings to the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Consultancy:
Consultancy is aimed at clients of an entrepreneurial nature.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, empathy, patience, and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to the user;
  • General IT knowledge for user support;
  • Experience in managing Active Directory, particularly in the creation and management of users and groups;
  • Familiarity with basic cybersecurity principles (malware detection and removal, password management, identification of phishing and ransomware);

Experience in installation, configuration, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of:
○ Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals);
○ Operating systems (Windows 10+ and macOS), including image management processes;
○ Wired and wireless network connectivity;
○ Email clients (Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams);
○ Remote support tools (Remote Help, Quick Assist);

Additional valued skills:

  • Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI, Easyvista, ServiceNow, CA, etc.);

Familiarity with:

  • Intune;
  • Microsoft 365 services;
  • Azure;
  • PowerShell.
