handle technical customer contacts for various products via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels;

provide clear and practical information within set parameters, addressing questions about procedures and services;

assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support issues;

respond to inbound customer requests and document relevant case information;

appropriately manage and escalate customer issues to higher support tiers;

collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets;

manage an individual ticket queue and follow management direction, providing feedback as needed.

requisitos/requirements

proficient in German and English, both oral and written;
previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
high school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree (a plus);
knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

What we have to offer you?

salary: you will earn a competitive base salary of 1100? per 14 months, plus a performance bonus of 100? per 12 months;

benefits: you will receive a meal allowance of 7.23? per day

schedules: monday to friday (including bank holidays), from 7am to 7pm (rotational shifts);

days Off: weekend

working contract: permanent contract (3 months trial)

location: you will work in our modern and comfortable office in Lisbon, close to public transportation and amenities.
