We are looking for an IT Support Onsite willing to take up with us one of the greatest challenges in the automotive industryWhat you'll do:
- Provide IT support for IT hardware at the office and lab / setup and maintain: computers, network equipment, printers & scanners, applications
- Provide IT support setting up and maintain lab equipment: android test benches for remote access, automotive test benches for remote access, tablets
- Lab and office inventory;
- User enrollment/disenrollment and access control;
- Providing technical support across the company;
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- May require occasional lifting of equipment and components.
Must have:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written;
- Experience in a technical support role: IT or electronics related;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively;
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry;
- Familiarity with soldering and wiring techniques;
- Attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience working in an electronics lab environment;
- Any IT or electronics certifications or technical degrees;
- Familiarity with Android and web technologies;
- Some Programming skills;
- Electronic instrumentation or remote control or data logging;
- Stay informed about industry trends;
- Be curious and eager to learn.
- Hands-on experience with the latest technology in a highly-scalable project with the leading industry leaders;
