Funções:
- Apoiar a Direcção de RH de acordo com os padrões e políticas existentes;
- Gerir as relações laborais com os colaboradores
- Gerir processos de Recrutamento e Onboarding;
- Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de atividades de Comunicação e Employer Branding;
- Conduzir e coordenar projetos de E-Learning/Formação;
- Auxiliar nas atividades de desenvolvimento de recursos humanos;
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, ou área semelhantes
- Experiência de 1 ou 2 anos em funções similares (ou preferencialmente como HR Generalist/ Recruiter);
- Familiarizado/a com as tendências e ferramentas atuais de RH (mercado de trabalho, referências salariais, etc.)
- Familiarizado/a com conceitos, práticas e procedimentos padrão na área de Recursos Humanos (incluindo payroll, recrutamento, integração, benefícios, gestão de desempenho e formação);
- Excelentes competências de comunicação verbal e escrita
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês
Oferece-se:
- Contrato de trabalho direto cliente;
- Horário de trabalho entre as 09h00 e as 18h00 (40h semanais);
- Vencimento base mensal mediante experiência em funções similares
