As a result of the incredible growth of our client, we're looking for bilingual speakers to join us and one of the world's most well-known brands, as a Norwegian Speaking Customer Specialist (M/F) - Call Center Agent, to work in Porto - Portugal.


Funções:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers;
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
  • Communicate with customers by calls, tickets, emails or messages;
  • Know the product/service well;
  • Process customer requests and complains;
  • Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database;
  • Increase customer loyalty by delivering a seamless experience.

Requisitos:

  • Have a Disability Certificate equal to or greater than 60% (required);
  • Have a proficient or bilingual level of Norwegian, and advanced level of English;
  • Have 6 months 1 year of customer service experience;
  • Have call center experience;
  • Are living in or willing to relocate to Portugal;
  • Have flexibitity in terms of shifts;
  • Have effective communication skills and customer care skills ability to listen and understand the customers needs;
  • Have strong computer navigation skills (you don't need to be a pc nerd, don't worry);
  • Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.

Horário:


Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Sunday on a rotating schedule from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm with the necessary breaks provided by law.


Qualificações:

  • High School.

Línguas:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian;
  • Advanced English.
