Estamos à procura de um Sales Development Representative para integrar a equipa Comercial, com perfil dinâmico, espírito inovador e boa capacidade de comunicação para a nossa equipa de Lisboa.


Descrição da função:


Como SDR na INOVFLOW serás parte integrante da nossa equipa comercial, e atuarás no núcleo da nossa estratégia de crescimento.

Serás responsável por identificar oportunidades de vendas, qualificar leads e estabelecer relação com potenciais clientes.
O teu papel é fundamental no crescimento e no sucesso da nossa empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificação e qualificação de leads, preparando o terreno para que a equipa de vendas feche negócios de forma eficiente
  • Pesquisa proativa para identificação de potenciais clientes através de diversas fontes, como redes sociais, eventos, e bases de dados.
  • Garantir a qualidade das leads
  • Realização de contatos iniciais para compreender as necessidades e requisitos das leads de modo a determinar se possuem um real interesse e capacidade para adquirir os produtos ou serviços da empresa.
  • Agendamento de reuniões entre os leads qualificados e a equipa de vendas.
  • Preparar material e informações relevantes para facilitar apresentações eficazes.
  • Registar todas a interações em CRM, mantendo toda a informação relevante atualizada.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipa de marketing para compreender as campanhas e estratégias em curso.
  • Ajustar estratégias com base no feedback e resultados obtidos.
  • Monitorização e analisar resultados.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento sólido de abordagens de Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, e outras estratégias relevantes.
  • Capacidade de adaptação da comunicação a diferentes públicos e contextos.
  • Conhecimento dos conceitos básicos de TI
  • Experiência em vendas B2B
  • Conhecimento das principais tendências e desenvolvimentos na área de tecnologia.
  • Implementação de estratégias eficazes de geração de leads na área de consultoria de TI.
  • Capacidade de realizar pesquisas eficazes para identificar potenciais leads e compreender o ambiente de negócios dos potenciais clientes
